Yoshimitsu Ashikaga resigned as Prime Minister and became a priest.

Yoshimitsu Ashikaga built Kinkaku-ji Temple in Kitayama. (these days are the golden age of the Muromachi Shogunate.)

Ouchi-shi of the daimyo of Yamaguchi caused a revolt.
Yoshimitsu Ashikaga broke down Oouchi-shi and became a general with the biggest power in Japan.

Yoshimitsu Ashikaga sent a messenger to Chinese Ming.
He gave "the Japanese king" and took the situation called "the vassal of the Emperor of light country".

Yoshimitsu Ashikaga began Japan-Ming trade.
This trade became the maximum income source for the Muromachi Shogunate.

Yoshimitsu Ashikaga died (51 years old)
